To purchase a pass, go to your dashboard and under “My Passes”, click “Buy Pass” next to the pass you wish to purchase.
You will be redirected to another page to make your payment. It is important that you confirm your billing information is correct. Once you have input your card information, click “Check Out”.
You will be redirected to the dashboard and receive confirmation that the pass has been added successfully to the account. To add your vehicles information, click the blue hyperlink “Add Vehicle”.
On this page, you will be able to register your vehicle.
It is important that you register your vehicle correctly. Incorrectly registered vehicles will be at risk of being towed.
If you have an assigned/reserved parking space number, you must input that number into the box that says, “Assigned Location”. If you do not have an assigned/reserved space number, you may leave this box empty.
If the property in which you live in requires all vehicles to be registered under a leaseholder’s name, you must upload a picture of your registration at the time of adding your vehicle’s details. If your registration does not match a leaseholder’s name, however, your insurance does then you may upload a picture of your insurance card/policy. To upload, click “Choose File” and select the image from your files on your PC/smartphone. All files uploaded must be under 5 MB in size and in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png. Live photos or videos cannot be uploaded.
Click “Submit” to add the vehicle information.
If you wish to reregister a previously registered vehicle, please click the blue button that says “List Vehicles”. Then, click “Select” next to the vehicle you wish to reregister.
The website will prompt you if the vehicle was registered successfully.
