To send an admin message, click the tab “Contact Us” and then “Contact Us” from the drop-down menu.

You must add a subject for your message. The email, name, and mobile number box will be auto filled.

Once you have composed your message, click “Send Message”.

You will be redirected to a new page that will show your message as a thread.

You will be notified to the email address on file once the administrator has responded to your message. The response can be seen by clicking on the tab “Contact Us” and then “My Queries”.

Clicking on “Sent On” twice will put all messages in chronological order. The subject of the message will be a blue hyperlink, which can be clicked on to open the thread.

To respond, compose your message and hit “Send Message”.

If you no longer require assistance from the administrator, click on the checkbox next to “Tick to close the ticket” and click “Send Message” to end the thread.
